Testimonials

I have known Brian Phillips since 2009 when I met him at a networking group I had organized and we socialized and networked many times. This is why he came to mind when my husband and I were in need of a real estate agent to assist us in looking for a new apartment, as we were planning ahead for a change in household size (due to very stressful, family circumstances in 2023). Brian was immediately able to provide the essential information we needed to prepare for the search and he then guided us through, taking us to see multiple units over an extended period. Eventually we found the right place and Brian shepherded us through a complicated (but ultimately wonderfully perfect for our needs) co-op purchase. The next step was preparing our prior apartment to rent out. Brian provided invaluable information and guidance, and ultimately his expert services matched us up to excellent renters (tenants) in early 2024. I am glad I met Brian way back when and that we stayed in touch. I always refer to him as our real estate agent / friend, because though we haven’t really socialized much and our relationship is mainly professional, Brian is just a nice, kind, decent guy and also an extremely capable, competent expert in assisting with navigating the complicated and exciting New York real estate market. My husband and I are very satisfied and would recommend Brian’s services to anyone without hesitation. - Lisa Satsun

Brian Phillips is the only person I turn to on any real estate transaction.  I have worked with Brian on several projects including several sales of property and the leasing of multiple dwellings. In each sale, Brian presented me with highly qualified buyers. In each and every rental, the tenants  were well screened and were in place for long terms with no incidents. Brian is the ultimate professional. He is discreet, always well informed and punctual for all appointments, and always prepared to take care of business. I would recommend him highly - Shannon Ayers Holden.

I had a great experience with Brian Phillips. He is a true professional. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous and I had lots of questions about the process. But Brian was patient and helpful. He definitely guided me through the entire process. He found great properties to show me. But what I appreciated even more was his expertise during the closing process. I would recommend him enthusiastically - Ike Uche.

Brian was wonderful to work with on the recent sale of my co-op. He was attentive, responsive and  detail orientated. I highly recommend working with Brian - Joann Burnham.

We met Brian through the local community board and were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism from that very first meeting. This is the second time that we hired him to lease our condo unit and have enjoyed working with him tremendously both times. He is very responsive to questions and handled viewings personally. Brian is a very hard worker who used his intelligence, patience and diligence to match our unit with appropriate renters. In an extremely challenging time for both owners and renters, Brian was an invaluable bridge that allowed both sides to be satisfied with the outcome. We recommend him highly and would happily work with him again - Michelle Morazan

Brian's a class act and truly excellent at what he does. He convinced us to do an open house and managed the bidding war masterfully. Each and every interaction was courteous and professional. He is the guy to use -Jay Hochsztein, MD.

Brian is a top notch real estate professional with incredible dedication and follow through. You can count on him to be at your side at every step of the transaction process and to be supportive and accepting of your specific needs. He puts his clients first and is available whenever needed. In addition, he knows the product he sells well and can help guide you to the outcome you are looking for. I have enjoyed working with Brian and would definitely work with him again for any real estate needs I might have and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate - Steven Weisman PhD.

Brian is not only an amazing salesman but just an amazing person. You can trust he will do his best work. You feel safe in his hands and assured that he is totally competent and can obtain the resources needed to complete a sale - Jackie Allen Joseph, Principal at Department of Education.

Brian deserves all 5 stars! I liked his calmness throughout the process! His knowledge is very important especially for someone new. Not to include the fact that he is reachable at any time of the day. I really recommend his service to anyone. - Linda Kalalu, Compliance Analyst.
