About Ronald Baker

Ronald Baker has been entrenched in the world of real estate and construction for over 20 years. During this time he has restored homes throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan, garnering extensive knowledge of construction and the NYC market that are invaluable assets to his clients.

Years of operating and maintaining his design-build construction company trained Ronald to be the best salesperson he could be, and led to a natural transition to the brokerage side. He has interacted with diverse groups of clients and vendors, and conducted business with utmost attention to detail and integrity.

Ronald believes that the best client is an educated one. He is thrilled to capitalize on Douglas Elliman’s commitment to providing their team members with the cutting-edge data and top tools and resources available, to ensure that the goals of those he represents are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Beyond the transaction itself, most important is a customized approach and the lasting relationships that form. “The service we provide is very personal. The experience each client receives is tailored to that individual and their needs, which is why I intently listen and work extremely hard to deliver.” Comfortable working with clients from Harlem to SoHo, and Clinton Hill to Bed-Stuy, Ronald brings expertise not just in sales and marketing. Ronald’s family came to NY from Jamaica over 50 years ago. He attended City College in Harlem and Baruch College, with a focus in business and art.
